My exceptionally talented Sister Beatrice (Jefferies) Berger recently posted something quite lovely on her facebook wall. As you know I love sending and receiving actual mail. And I absolutely LOVE the concept of paying it forward. Being kind and loving should be like a virus that needs to affect everyone!
So, I’m officially participating in the Pay it Forward initiative: the first five people who comment on this post with “I’m in” (and your email address so I can contact you) will receive a surprise from me at some point during this calendar year; anything from a book, a ticket, something home-grown, homemade, a postcard, absolutely any surprise! There will be no warning and it will happen when the mood comes over me and I find something that I believe would suit you and make you happy. These five people must commit to doing the same for others. I wanted to reach more than my Facebook following which is why I chose to publicly share this on my Blog instead of just my Facebook wall.
