I always try to post quick teasers for all my wedding couples on Facebook but sometimes, it just takes a little longer to get their full wedding post up on the Blog. Sometimes, the reason why there is a longer gap between their actual wedding date and me officially blogging about it is….because their wedding was featured on a different wedding blog. 😉 I absolutely am so thrilled that Callie & Rhett’s wedding was one of those. One of those weddings, where everything was perfect. Start to finish. One of those, where you could absolutely feel the joy and love shared between the couple and their family and friends. Where there wasn’t a dry eye in the room because your heart was so full! And one of those….that were featured on a fantastic and quite famous wedding blog!! Yay!

So much thought, love and style went into this wedding. Starting withe the brides beautiful Vera Wang dress and Jimmy Choo shoes. (All you Gossip Girl fans…..I am sure you will recognize this dress!!) And, can I just say that I got goosebumps and cried like a sissy when the cast of the Color Purple showed up at the church and filled the room with their sweet sweet music??? Yeah. Brilliant. Oh, and when the father of the bride surprised the bride and groom with a fun rendition of their beloved TCU underneath his suit jacket? Yup, that look alone was worth a million bucks. haha

Callie & Rhett, as you enjoy celebrating your 1st anniversary today I want to you know how much I appreciate, respect and adore you both! Congratulations!! It was an honor and an absolute pleasure being a part of your wedding day. xox

ich komme leider nicht immer dazu jedes Shooting und jede Hochzeit zu bloggen. Manchmal liegt die Verspaetung daran, dass ich die Fotos an andere Blogs/Zeitschriften einsende mit der Hoffnung dass sie publiziert wird. Die Hochzeit von Callie & Rhett ist so eine Hochzeit. Eine Hochzeit bei der alles einfach gestimmt hat. Eine Hochzeit die gefuellt war mit Liebe, Freude und Glueck. Eine Hochzeit die bis in’s kleinste Detail geplant wurde. Eine Hochzeit, die auf einem recht bekanntem Hcohzeitsblog gefeatured wurde. 🙂 Der Tag fing an mit einem wahnsinnig schoenem Vera Wang Kleid und Jimmy Choo Schuhen. (Die Gossip Girls fans unter euch werden das Kleid sicherlich erkennen!!) Also das Ensemble von Color Purple als Ueberraschung waehrend der Zeremonie auf einmal die Kirche mit ihrem wahnsinnig tollem Gesang fuellte koennt ihr mir sicherlich verzeihen, dass ich Gaensehaut bekam und geheult hab wie ein kleines Baby. Oh, und den Gesichtsausdruck von Callie & Rhett als ihr Papa sie mit einem extra angefertigtem Hemd in Ehren ihrer geliebten Universitaet ueberrascht hat???? Ha! Der war Gold wert!!

Callie & Rhett, zu eurem heutigen 1. Hochzeitstag wuensche ich euch alles Liebe und Gute. Ich hoffe ihr wie sehr ich euch respektiere und lieb habe! Alle alles Liebe!! Es war mir eine Ehre und ein riesen Vergnuegen an eurem Hochzeitstag mit dabei zu sein. xox
