It’s back to school for us over here. Crazy how fast the summer just flew by.

Zaynah is now in 3rd grade and she is such a beautiful young lady. I am really excited to see her blossom even more and enjoy school life with her new friends.

The twins Mikalah & Caleb are now officially in 1st grade. (They were in T-1, which is a transitional stage between Kindergarten and 1st grade last year.) So keeping with German tradition Zaynah and I made them each their very own Schultüte. Stuffed with all kinds of goodies. Both were super excited to be 1st graders this year. CJ started playing Football this year and will have his twin Kiki cheering him on with the Cheer Squad on the side lines. (The rest of the Cloward Clan will of course cheer from the stands…lol) We’re looking into different Ballet schools for Zizi since she wants to dance.

Craig started his new position at Tinker as the In-Service Revruiter for the Air Forde Reserves. It allows him to be home with us more often as he won’t have to travel out of state as frequently as before. (We are all super excited about that part!! :D)

Now that the kids will be back in school Mo-Fr I will be back to my usual grind as well. As much as I love summer break, I enjoy some structure throughout the day with actual office hours. lol

Still can’t believe I’ll be headed to Germany & Italy for a wedding and 2 Workshops in just about 4 weeks. Time flies. I hope you all enjoyed your summer vacations and had a great start back to school!

Das neue Schuljahr hat auch für uns endlich begonnen. Wahnsinn wie schnell doch die Zeit verfliegt.

Zaynah ist jetzt in der 3. Klasse und sie ist so ein hübsches & bezauberndes Mädchen. Ich freu mich total für sie und hoffe das sie das Schuljahr genießt und viele neue Freundschaften knüpft. Die Zwillinge waren letztes Jahr in einem Übergangsjahr zwischen Kindergarten und 1. Klasse und sind dieses Jahr jetzt offiziell in der der 1. Klasse der Grundschule. (Boah, wie sie sich gefreut haben!!) Zizi hat mir mit den Schultüten geholfen die natürlich nicht fehlen durften. Ein paar dt Traditionen müssen im Hause Cloward erhalten bleiben! 😀
CJ spielt in der Football Schulmannschaft für seine Altersklasse mit und Kiki wird ihn laut von der Seite als Cheerleaderin anfeuern. Der Rest des Cloward Clans wird von der Tribüne aus anfeuern. Wir schauen uns ua auch gerade verschiedene Balletschulen an für Zizi weil sie doch so gerne tanzt.

Craig hat mitlerweile seine neue Stelle auf der Air Base hier begonnen. Es macht ihm soweit viel Freude und für die Familie ist es ein Segen, da er (endlich mal) geregeltere Arbeitszeiten hat. Er wird auch nichtmehr so oft wie vorher außer Ort reisen müssen.

Jetzt wo die Kids wieder in der Schule sind kann auch ich wieder geregelte Arbeitszeiten im ‘Büro’ haben. haha Darauf freue ich mich aber ehrlich gesagt schon. 😀

Ich kann es immernoch nicht glauben dass ich schon in ca 4 Wochen abfliege nach Deutschland und Italien für eine Hochzeit und meine 2 Workshops. Ich freu mich schon sehr!! Ich hoffe ihr hattet alle einen tollen Sommer und einen guten Start in’s neue Schuljahr.
