You know what makes a great gift? A Portrait Session! That’s what daddy Vasquez thought when he surprised his wife with a gift certificate …. for Mother’s Day! I know…that’s like ages ago. But we finally got together for their Portrait Session. And I am so happy hubby had the brilliant idea of a gift certificate. Really …. just think about it….you’re giving the gift that keeps on giving. Because every time you will look at your pictures you’ll be happy. 😀 And if you choose to give them away as gifts to family or friends … they’ll be happy!

We went to one of my favorite places here in Norman and just went for a little walk. Yes – the fall foliage here in OK can’t even get anywhere close to the beauty that you can find in CT …. but….. it’s still quite pretty.

After we walked ourselves into a sweat we headed to downtown Norman for some urban shots. Found some cool new locations and some cool new angles to work with.

Soll ich euch sagen, was eine prima Geschenkidee ist? Eine Fotosession! Und genau das hat sich Papa Vasquez auch gedacht als er seine Frau mit einem Gutschein überrascht hatte…..zum Muttertag! Ich weiß, ich weiß….das ist jetzt schon ewig her. lol Wir haben uns dann aber endlich letzte Woche getroffen um den Gutschein einzulösen. Wenn man sich’s genauer überlegt ist so ein Fotogutschein mit das Beste Geschenk, denn das ‘Geben’ hört nie auf. Jedes Mal wenn man sich seine Fotos anguckt ist man glücklich. Und wenn man Fotos an Freunde und Familie weiterverschenkt macht man auch die damit glücklich. Papa Vasquez – hast du sehr gut gemacht! 😀

Wie ihr also seht…..Foto Gutscheine sind supi! Eine supi Geschenkidee….besonders wo doch Weihnachten immer näher rückt.

Wir sind für unsere Session zu einem meiner Lieblingslokationen hier in Norman gegangen. Also Oklahoma kann man von der Natur her natürlich überhaupt nicht mi Connecticut vergleichen. OK kann da einfach nicht mithalten, aber es ist dennoch recht schön hier im Herbst.

Nachdem wir etwas durch den Wald gewandert sind und gut geschwitzt haben sind wir in die Innenstadt von Norman gefahren um ein paar urbane Fotos zu bekommen. Ich hab neue Stellen und neue Perspektiven entdeckt und bin sehr happy mit dem Resultat.
