Marvel sneak peek {seniors}

Wow.

I think that pretty much sums it up on how I would describe my session with Marvel. She’s a senior at Norman High and we met last Saturday to take her senior portraits. She too had never been in front of a professional camera before and, seriously I don’t know what it is about the “newbies to the portrait world”…but boy can they bring it! And I mean B-R-I-N-G it! Marvel was so much fun to work with. She was accompanied by her older sister and her niece. They are such a cool family. Marvel’s sis kept snapping pictures with her point-and-shoot. No….not of Marvel  – but of me, while I was shooting Marvel. Awesome! I got my very own behind the scenes pictures now.  It’s actually quite funny to see myself from a different point of view. In one picture she caught me doing half-splits in a tree. Awesome! I always say: you gotta do what you gotta do for you to get the shot! And if that means I have to climb, crawl, hang, lay, or do some other sort of aerobics and yoga poses – I’ll do it. Gladly. And most likely I’ll get you to laugh out loud at me while I’m at it, creating the window of opportunity to take the perfect shot for me. hehe

Now back to Marvel. Isn’t she just absolutely beautiful?! I mean really. She’s stunning! While taking her pictures I kept mixing her up with all sorts of other people she reminded me of. Such as: Kim Kardashian, Pocahontas or even Sacajawea. I know…crazy, right?! Either way, she’s fabulous. Inside and out. She’ll be attending OCU after graduation and I hope we’ll stay in touch.

Wow.

Jup. Ich glaub das ist genau das richtige Wort um meine Fotosession mit Marvel zusammenzufassen. Sie ist Abiturintin am Norman Gymnasium und wir haben uns letzten Samstag getroffen um ihre Abifotos zu machen. Genauso wie Brianna hatte sie noch nie zuvor ein professionelles Fotoshooting. Also, ich weiß echt nicht woran es genau liegt, aber diese Foto-Neulinge haben so richtig drauf. Und ich meine R-I-C-H-T-I-G drauf! Marvel war voller Energie und ich hatte einen riesen Spaß mit ihr zu arbeiten. Sie kam nicht alleine, sondern hatte ihre große Schwester und ihre Nichte mit dabei. So eine coole Familie. Marvel’s Schwester hat eine kleine Digicam mit dabei und hat mich gefragt ob’s okaz mit ir wäre, wenn sie ein paar Fotos zwischendurch machen würde. Klar – warum nicht. Fotos. Keine Fotos von Marvel. Sondern Fotos von mir, wie ich Fotos von Marvel machte…..haha Klasse! So hab ich zum aller ersten Mal Fotos von einem Shooting bekommen. Es ist recht interessant zu sehen, wie ich auf andere wirke während einem Shooting mit mir. Auf einem Foto mach ich einen Halbspagat im Baum drin. haha Zum schießen. Aber ich sag ja immer wieder….. man macht, was man machen muss um den richtigen Moment zu erwischen. Wenn das also bedeutet, dass ich klettern, kriechen, hängen, liegen, oder sonstige Verrenkungen und Yogaposen einnehmen muss – wird’s natürlich gemacht. Und ich bin noch happy mit dabei! Und höchstwarscheinlich krieg ich dich währendem noch dazu lauthals über mich zu lachen – und genau dann schieß ich ab. haha

Jetzt aber wieder zurück zu Marvel. Ist sie nicht total hübsch? Aber echt, ne?! Total hübsch. Eine natürliche Schönheit! Während ich ihre Fotos am machen war hatte ich ständig das Gefühl, dass sie mich an jemand anderes erinnert. Andere wie z.B.: Kim Kardashian, Pocahontas oder sogar Sacajawea. Voll krass.  Wie auch immer.  Sie ist einfach toll.  Sie wird nach dem Abi an der OCU studieren und ich hoffe sehr, dass wir weiter in Kontakt bleiben.

Danke, dass du mich ausgesucht hast um deine Fotos zu machen. Ich hatte eine super Zeit mit euch zusammen. Marvel (und Familie…lol) ich hoffe euch gefällt eure kleine Vorschau.
