How I love ‘just because’ photo sessions. I met Bryan over the internet. To be exact – through facebook. Not sure how he stumbled across my profile but he did and left me a very nice message about my photography. We got talking, or chatting, and hit it off. He’s a fabulous photographer himself right here in the OKC area and you might remember his name, and or backside, from my 40s theme fashion shootout. He was the other photographer I invited to shoot along with.
This to me is so Bryan – he’s a total goof! 
I started my own facebook group and had a little contest. Whoever answered my riddle first would win a 1/2 off session. Bryan had contacted me a little while ago about a shoot to update his pictures on his website and – lo and behold he was the one to complete the riddle and win the session. So we met last week. The fabulously talented hair and make-up artist Rachel Hart (yes – she’s the one from the 40s shoot as well!) did Amanda’s hair and make-up. Amanda, who occasionally second shoots with her hubby, is one cool, gorgeous and fabulous chick!

This is their reflection in a big window that had super cool blinds covering the whole thing and I just LOVE how they turned out.
Oh…. and these ones…. definitely part of my faves!!! Gotta love a nice green patch of grass in the middle of the city!
We headed downtown OKC for their pictures and had ourselves a terrific time. Be aware… this post ist unusually long … that is – it’s got an abnormal amount of pictures, even for me! But there were just way too many pictures I liked to choose my faves from.

Ich liebe ‘Einfach so’ Foto Sessions. Ich hab Bryan vor ein paar Monaten über’s Internet konnengelernt. Um genau zu sein war es auf facebook. Ich weiß nicht genau wie er mich gefunden hat, aber er ist über mein Profil gestolpert und hat mir eine sehr liebe Nachricht hinterlassen, in der er meine Fotografie gelob hat. Wir haben uns dann öfter unterhalten, besser gesagt gechattet und wurden gleich gute Freunde. Er selbst ist ein klasse Fotograf der hier in der Oklahoma City Gegend arbeitet. Ihr erinnert euch vielleicht an seinen Namen oder seinen schönen Rücken, denn er war der andere Fotograf, den ich zu meinem 40er Jahre Fashion Shoot eingeladen hatte.

Bryan bei der Arbeit….
Auf facebook hab ich dann meine eigene Gruppe gegründet für mein Unternehmen und hab für den Start einen kleinen Wettbewerb abgehalten. Wer zu erst mein Rätsel löst kriegt eine Session für den 1/2 Preis. Bryan hatte mich schon vor ein paar Wochen angesprochen für ein Fotoshoot von ihm und seiner Frau. Er möchte seine Homepage mit neuen Fotos ausstatten. Und wie der Zufall es so wollte, hat er doch tatsächlich den Wettbewerb gewonnen. Also trafen wir uns letzte Woche in der Oklahoma Innenstadt um Fotos zu machen. Die fabelhafte und sehr talentierte Rachel Hart hat sich um Amanda’s Haare und Make-up gekümmert. (Sie war auch für die tolle Transformation der Models von meinem 40er Jahre Shoot zuständig.) Amanda, die zwischendurch mit ihrem Mann zusammen auf Shootings und Hochzeiten fotografiert, ist cool, hübsch und einfach eine tolle Frau!
Hier meine 2 absoluten top Favoriten. Ich bin der Meinung die würden sich prima auf seiner Homepage machen. Was meint ihr?
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit zusammen. Und sorry, mach euch auf eine abnormale lange Nachricht gefasst…..das heisst eine Nachricht mit über vielen Fotos, selbst für meine wenigkeit. Aber es gibt einfach soooo viele tolle Fotos von dem Tag, dass ich wirklich eine super schwere Zeit hatte meine top Favoriten auszusuchen.
Bryan & Amanda- danke, dass ihr mich ausgesucht habt um eure Fotos zu machen. Ich hatte einen morz Spaß und ich hoffe euch gefällt eure Vorschau!
