Last fall I was flown out to UT for a fabulous collaboration with the Blend Fashions (Modbod & Undertease) team. (here) Along with a few Seasonal shots we also shot their brand new 2010 Swim line and I am so happy they finally launched this collection. I have 3 words that come to mind when looking at their new line: Modest. Stylish. Fabulous.

Oh wie ich mich gerade freue!!!!

Letzten Sommer bin ich für das Blend Fashions (Modbod & Undertease) Team nach Utah geflogen. (hier) Zusammen mit ein paar festlichen Outfits habe ich auch die neue 2010 Schwimmkollektion für sie fotografiert. Und ich freue mich total, dass sie sie endlich gelauncht haben. 3 Wörter kommen mir gleich zu Sinne wenn ich mir die Linie anschaue: Bequem. Stylisch. Fabelhaft.

Are you guys as ready for Spring as I am? Because I am sooooo ready for Spring!

Wedding Season officially kicks off in just a couple of weeks for me and I am very much looking forward to it. But…. I still have a little down time right now so I contacted the fabulous Coco for a test shoot to try out a new location I scouted.

You might remember Coco from this shoot I had last year. She’s my gorgeous, fun, German friend here in OK.

Seid ihr auch alle den Winter satt und wollt endlich Frühling sehen? Also mir hängt der Winter schon aus’m Hals mitlerweile raus. Ich will Frühling!!

Die Hochzeitssaison fängt für mich offiziell in ein paar Wochen an und ich freu mich schon sehr drauf. Aber bis dahin hab ich noch etwas Zeit. Zeit um ein paar coole neue Lokationen auszutesten, die ich hier und da entdeckt habe. Und genau dafür habe ich mir die Coco geschnappt.

Vielleicht erinnert ihr euch ja noch an Coco, mit der ich dieses Shooting letztes Jahr hatte. Sie ist meine hübsche, coole deutsche Freundin hier in Oklahoma.

Vielen Dank Coco für einen sehr spaßigen Nachmittag. Du hast dich mal wieder super vor meiner Kamera gemacht!!

Back in November I had this impromptu fashion shoot with my Muse Becky.

I love working on-location. You don’t always know what you get into with a new location, or … in our case….what you might find on your location. When we went out to shoot this session we literally had only 30-40min of daylight left. It was awesome. A beautiful sunset. And – uh…. hello…. look at that box that just happened to be there. Can you say perfect?

Als ich im Nobember in San Antonio war hatte ich ein spontanes Fashion Shooting mit meiner Muse Becky.

Ich liebe es vor Ort zu Arbeiten. Manchmal weiß man nicht was auf einen zukommt. Oder wie in diesem Fall weiß man nicht, was man vielleicht vor Ort findet. Für dieses Shooting hatten wir ca 30-40min bevor die Sonne weg war. Es war einfach klasse. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Und – uh…. hallo…. guckt euch mal diese geniale Kiste an die wir vor Ort gefunden hatten. Perferkt, ne?!

A: You have a lot of fun taking pictures.

Q: What do you do when your husband is a dentist?

A: You get him to make you a real set of fangs.

Q: What do you do when you are obsessed with the Twilight series?

A: You combine the 2 and have a vampire-esque photo shoot.

Back in November when we spent some time down in San Antonio Becky and I took off early one morning and found some awesome locations! Becky pretty much did everything and anything I asked her to. She climbed into trees, swung from branches, even laid in the dirt and had a spider crawl all over her. She was brave. She was focused. She was driven. She was magnificent.

Absolutely LOVE this shot! You go Becky — way better than Alice! Way better.

F: Was machst du wenn deine beste Freundin, die zufälligerweise professionelle Fotografin ist, zu Besuch kommt?

A: Ihr habt einen morz Spaß zusammen beim fotografieren.

F: Was machst du wenn dein Ehemann ein Zahnarzt ist?

A: Du überredest ihn dazu dir richtige Vampirzähne zu machen.

F: Was machst du wenn du verrückt nach der Twilight Saga bist?

A: Du kombinierst die ersten 2 und hast ein Vampirisches Fotoshooting.

Becky – du hast so ein Glück und ich hab dich unendlich lieb!

Als wir im November zu Besuch in San Antonio waren haben Becky und ich uns an einem Morgen früh auf den Weg gemacht und haben ein paar richtig coole Lokationen entdeckt für unser Shooting! Becky hat so gut wie alles mit sich machen lassen. Sie ist auf Bäume geklettert, von Ästen geschwungen und hat sich sogar in den Dreck gelegt wo sie von einer großen Spinne attackiert wurde. Sie war mutig. Sie war voll konzentriert. Sie war einfach super.

Süße — danke das du so ein wahnsinnig guter Vampir bist! Ich hab dich lieb und ich hoffe dir gefallen die Fotos.
