I have been so anxious to announce this wonderful news. I know many of you have been waiting since last year for me to host another 1.0.1. Group Workshop in Germany.

Well, all your patience has paid off. The day has finally arrived and I am so happy to announce the next 1.0.1. Group Workshop.

This one will take place Saturday August 7th, 2010. It will be held in Igel, Germany. (This just happens to be my hometown and I am stoked to show all of you where I grew up.)

With the announcement of the next 1.0.1. Group Workshop also comes along a new Website, dedicated just for the Workshop. Be sure to check it out and find out more about the Workshop.

Slots will be on a first come first serve basis and they are limited! So be sure to sign up ASAP!

Seid Tagen sitz ich hier wie auf heißen Kartoffeln und warte darauf euch diese tolle Neuigkeit mitzuteilen. Ich weiß das viele schon seid letztem Jahren darauf gewartet haben das ich wieder einen 1.0.1. Group Workshop in Deutschland halte und ich danke euch vielmals für eure Geduld.

Wie ihr seht war das Warten nicht umsonst. Der Tag ist endlich festgelegt auf Samstag den 7. August, 2010 und ich freu mich Monster.

Dieses Mal wird der Workshop in Igel, Deutschland stattfinden. (Das ist mein Heimatsort und ich freu mich euch allen zeigen zu können wo ich aufgewachsen bin.)

Mit der Bekanntgabe des nächsten 1.0.1. Group Workshop kommt diesmal auch eine neue Internetseite – nur für den Workshop. Düst also alle bitte gleich da vorbei für mehr Infos zum Workshop.

Ich werde nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Fotografen zulassen und somit gilt: Wer zuerst kommt – mahlt zuerst! Meldet euch also sobald wie möglich an!

Oh – ich warte schon so lange auf ein Update! Ihr könnt euch wirklich nicht vorstellen wie lange ich schon darauf gewartet habe!!! haha

Aber es ist endlich soweit und ich kann mit Stolz endlich meine neue Webseite vorzeigen!

Ich hab noch ein paar andere tolle Neuigkeiten für euch, aber bis ich die bekanntgeben, tja….darauf müßt ihr euch noch ein bißchen länger gedulden.

Doch in der Zwischenzeit würde ich mich natürlich sehr darüber freuen, wenn ihr einen Abstecher auf meiner neuen Seite macht und wie ihr wißt freu ich mich doch immer über Feedback. Also erzählt mir wie euch die neue Seite gefällt.

The Holidays are fast approaching. And more than ever I miss my home country Germany. I miss the Weihnachtsmarkt. I miss the smell of freshly brewed cider, gingerbread, Krumperschnittscha and Dampfnudeln. I miss walking through the downtown plaza, enjoying all the booths and lights and entertaining live music. I miss Germany!

But I also have wonderful things to look forward to for this year. We are flying to Oregon to celebrate the Holidays with Craig’s family. We are already sooo excited and cannot wait to be with Omi & Opi again.

Those of you following me on twitter or facebook very well know I’ve been plagued by terrible migraines as of late. Well….. went and saw the Doc today and got myself some new ‘candy’. Let’s hope it’ll relieve me of this unnecessary and most unwelcome burden of mine.

The kids and Craig are all doing very well. Zizi started cheering! It’s so much fun watching her during the games. Plus she looks so darn cute in her uniform. I’ll try and post some pictures very soon. I promise.

Today though I want to make a shout out to the fabulous Robyn Lam of lamb+robbo. I came across her beautiful work when I was shopping around for a birdcage veil for my 1.0.1. Workshop down in Texas a few months ago. And well…..I fell in love and a friendship blossomed. Be sure to check out her website or better yet go straight to her shop on etsy. Her handmade hair adornments are truly one of a kind and always custom made. (I’m sure you’ll be seeing lots more in the future of her beautiful creations featured here on the blog!)

Thanks to the beautiful and wonderful Eve who modeled for me on a very misty and chilly day. Letting me play around with everything….not just my camera but my brush & blush as well….lol Love you girl!

Diejenigen von euch, die meine Updates über Facebook und Twitter verfolgen wissen, dass ich die letzten Tage sehr unter böser Migräne gelitten habe. Also bin ich heute zum Dr. gefahren und habe mir was ‘Süßes’ verschreiben lassen. Ich hoffe, dass ich jetzt endlich dieses nervige und wirklich unnötige Unwohlbefinden loswerden kann.

Craig und den Kiddies geht’s zum Glück prima. Zizi ist seid diesem Jahr eine Cheerleaderin! Es macht so viel Spaß ihr beim Spiel zuzugucken und sie anzufeuern. Sie sieht auch so süß in iher Uniform aus. Ich verspreche ich werde so bald wie möglich mal ein paar Fotos zeigen.

Heute möchte ich allerdings ein großes Lob an Robyn Lam von lamb+robbo aussprechen. Ich bin über ihre Kreationen gestolpert als ich auf der Suche nach einem Tüllschleier war für meinen 1.0.1. Workshop in Texas vor ein paar Monaten. Seitdem bin ich noch mehr begeistert von ihrer Arbeit und….hab eine neue Freundin gefunden. Ihr müsst euch unbedingt mal ihre Seite anschaun oder besser noch gleich in ihrem etsy Shop stöbern gehen. Ihre Handarbeiten sind wirklich einzigartig und wunderschön. (ich werd bestimmt mehr in der Zukunft von ihr hier vorzeigen! hihi)

Außerdem noch ein großes Dankeschön an die sehr hübsche und super süße Eve die Robyn’s tolle Haarblumen für mich gemodelt hat an einem vernieseltem und eher kaltem Tag. Sie hat wirklich alles mit sich machen lassen und ich durfte nicht nur mit meiner Kamera spielen, sondern auch mit meiner Bürste und meinem Schminkkasten…..lol HDL Süße!
