I was so excited, when not too long ago, Jackie contacted me for a Just because Session with her hubby and my 1.0.1. Workshop. So this week on their way to visit some family in Texas, they drove down from Wichita, Kansas for our session. Jackie is a Lifestyle Portrait & Wedding Photographer up there and anyone looking for a photographer in the Wichita/Kansas City area should definitely check her out!

We got lucky with the weather down here for our shoot. Even though is was super windy and cold, it was dry and sunny. I found this really cool old barn I’ve been wanting to shoot at and when Jackie told me they’d be all for it I got even more excited for our session.

Everybody deserves a good laugh and looking at this picture makes me happy….every single time.

Jackie & Casey are such a cute couple and it was my absolute pleasure getting to know them a little bit better. Thanks so much for driving all the way down here for our session. Jackie – I cannot wait to spend an entire day with you for our 1.0.1. Workshop next month!

Ich hatte mich sehr gefreut als Jackie mich vor nicht all zu langer Zeit kontaktierte für eine Einfach so Session mit ihrem Mann und meinen 1.0.1. Workshop. Also haben sie auf ihrem Weg nach Texas um Familie zu besuchen diese Woche einen Stopp hier in Norman eingeplant für ihre Session. Am Tag unserer Session hatten wir Glück mit dem Wetter. Wir hatten zwar starken, kalten Wind aber es war wenigstens trocken und sonnig draußen. Ich hatte vor einer Weile eine richtig coole, alte Scheune hier in Norman entdeckt und als Jackie meinte dass sie gerne dort Fotos machen möchte hatte ich mich noch mehr auf unsere Session gefreut.

Soooo eine tolle Abendsonne!

Auch gefrorene Pfützen machen sich prima für Spiegelungen.

Jackie & Casey sind so ein süßes Paar und es war ein reinstes Vergnügen die beiden etwas besser kennenzulernen. Danke, dass ihr mich kontaktiert habt und dass ihr die lange, fast 3Std Fahrt, auf euch genommen habt für unsere Session. Jackie – ich kann es kaum abwarten bis ich den ganzen Tag mit dir verbringen kann für unseren 1.0.1. Workshop nächsten Monat!

I have been so anxious to announce this wonderful news. I know many of you have been waiting since last year for me to host another 1.0.1. Group Workshop in Germany.

Well, all your patience has paid off. The day has finally arrived and I am so happy to announce the next 1.0.1. Group Workshop.

This one will take place Saturday August 7th, 2010. It will be held in Igel, Germany. (This just happens to be my hometown and I am stoked to show all of you where I grew up.)

With the announcement of the next 1.0.1. Group Workshop also comes along a new Website, dedicated just for the Workshop. Be sure to check it out and find out more about the Workshop.

Slots will be on a first come first serve basis and they are limited! So be sure to sign up ASAP!

Seid Tagen sitz ich hier wie auf heißen Kartoffeln und warte darauf euch diese tolle Neuigkeit mitzuteilen. Ich weiß das viele schon seid letztem Jahren darauf gewartet haben das ich wieder einen 1.0.1. Group Workshop in Deutschland halte und ich danke euch vielmals für eure Geduld.

Wie ihr seht war das Warten nicht umsonst. Der Tag ist endlich festgelegt auf Samstag den 7. August, 2010 und ich freu mich Monster.

Dieses Mal wird der Workshop in Igel, Deutschland stattfinden. (Das ist mein Heimatsort und ich freu mich euch allen zeigen zu können wo ich aufgewachsen bin.)

Mit der Bekanntgabe des nächsten 1.0.1. Group Workshop kommt diesmal auch eine neue Internetseite – nur für den Workshop. Düst also alle bitte gleich da vorbei für mehr Infos zum Workshop.

Ich werde nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Fotografen zulassen und somit gilt: Wer zuerst kommt – mahlt zuerst! Meldet euch also sobald wie möglich an!

Oh – ich warte schon so lange auf ein Update! Ihr könnt euch wirklich nicht vorstellen wie lange ich schon darauf gewartet habe!!! haha

Aber es ist endlich soweit und ich kann mit Stolz endlich meine neue Webseite vorzeigen!

Ich hab noch ein paar andere tolle Neuigkeiten für euch, aber bis ich die bekanntgeben, tja….darauf müßt ihr euch noch ein bißchen länger gedulden.

Doch in der Zwischenzeit würde ich mich natürlich sehr darüber freuen, wenn ihr einen Abstecher auf meiner neuen Seite macht und wie ihr wißt freu ich mich doch immer über Feedback. Also erzählt mir wie euch die neue Seite gefällt.
