Love. You. {gölz sneak peek}

When you love someone you’ll pretty much do anything for them.

You’ll change their dirty diapers…or undies. (yes – C.J. is still struggling.)
Change your plans to accommodate theirs.
Leave your family and friends behind and move away thousands of miles. (oh my – whom might I be referring to here?)
Take the hammer to the piggy if they’re in a financial bind.
Bring them chicken noodle soup or a gallon of ice cream. (which ever will comfort more)
Lend a shoulder or an ear. (thank heavens we have 2 of each)
Try things you’ve never tried before, and promised yourself you never would. (i can still taste the nastiness of octopus in my mouth Annie!)
Give away the shirt on your back for needed warmth.

And yet after years of lending, giving and servicing….you’re still out there. Waiting for the ‘call’. To hear that you’re needed, wanted, cherished. And once again you’ll stop everything at the drop of a hat and help out. Because that’s just what you do. If you love someone. You give of yourself – to gain your self.

And you want to know what? There’s a way to capture that love. That devotion. And that’s where I come in the picture!

Last week I was asked to photograph this family. Well…it wasn’t the whole family. It was mainly grandma and her grandson. Mommy & daddy just snuck into some frames here and there. Grandma doesn’t live close by (boy do I know the feeling!) and came into town. So Mommy surprised her with a Valentine-shoot. What a brilliant idea! We had so much fun together. Grandmothers are the BEST! Life just wouldn’t be the same without them.

LCD – I hope you’ll like your sneak peek. 😀

… until next time; and don’t forget to leave me some comment love …

Und weißt du was?
