Wow – so… our house has been on the market officially for a little over a week now. Yesterday’s open house went really well and Craig had some very interested, potential buyers come by to look at it. So keep your fingers crossed and remember us in your prayers that we’ll be able to sell it quickly and for a good profit too!

The kids are really eager to fly to Germany and see their family over there. We keep talking about all their cousins, aunts and uncles, Omi & Opi and all the new friends they’ll be making and fun we’ll be having! Not to forget all the oh-so delicious food Germans are known for.

And to not keep you without some visual stimulation… Just a little over a week ago I had a photo shoot with a new and upcoming model from around here. She’s such a beautiful & talented young woman. She’s studying dance, theater and music at a local University and we worked on updating her portfolio for her.

The theme was country/bohemian style and she totally worked it out!

This is one of my faves … she only needed 2 takes to get the vision I had in my head right and sure enough – both turned out great!

Briti – I wish you the best of luck for your career and I hope we’ll be able to collaborate again in the future. (Maybe I’ll be able to squeeze you into my super busy schedule before I move away in September!)

Wow – also…unser Haus ist je jetzt schon seid einer guten Woche offiziell auf dem Markt. Unsere offene Tür gestern verlief sehr gut und es kamen viele interessierte, potentielle Käufer vorbei um es sich anzuschaun. Also drückt uns weiterhin die Daumen und denkt an uns in euren Gebeten, dass wir das Haus schnell fuer einen guten Profit verkaufen können!

Die Kids freuen sich schon total auf unseren bevorstehenden Deutschlandurlaub. Wir sprechen ständig über all ihre Cousinen und Cousins, Tanten und Onkel, Omi und Opi die sie dann wiedersehen werden. Über neue Freundschaften die sie schliessen können und den Spaß, der uns bevorsteht. Nicht zu vergessen natürlich das gute Essen wofür die Detuschen doch so bekannt sind!

Und damit ich euch nicht visuell vernachlässige … hier ein paar Fotos von einem Fotoshoot das ich vor kurzem mit einem neuen Model hier aus der Gegend hatte. Sie ist eine wunderschöne und talentierte junge Frau. Sie studiert Tanz, Schauspiel und Musik and einer Uni hier und wir haben uns getroffen um die Fotos in ihrem Portfolio zu erneuern.

Das Motto war ein country/böhmischer Stil und sie hat den Nagel auf den Kopf getroffen!

Das hier ist eins meiner Lieblingsfotos aus der Serie…sie brauchte nur 2 Fotos um meine Vision, die ich mir vorstellte genau zu treffen – und wie ihre sehen könnt sind beide was geworden!

Briti – ich wünsche dir viel Glück für deine bevorstehende Karriere und hoffe, dass wir ggf. nochmals miteinander arbeiten können. (Vielleicht schaffe ich‘s ja dich noch in meinen Terminkalender reinzuquetschen, bevor wir im September umziehen!)
