Elder Who?!

It’s all about give and take, right? As long as you give at least as much as you take – you’re good to go.
Well, yesterday was my turn to give and the Elders’ turn to take. 😀 Our Elders called the other day: “ Sister Cloward, we need to ask you for a favor. Would you be able to give us a hair cut?” My reply? “Jeez… I’m not a hair dresser… what are you guys thinking? I mean I do cut Craig’s & C.J.’s hair. Have been doing so for years… back in the day I used to cut my brother’s hair too,… oh well …sure! Come on over! But I make no promises!”So… here they were… not just 2 but 4 Elders (!!) on my doorstep when Craig answered the door. Luckily the other 2 were only the ‘dudes’ with the ‘sweet ride’ since our Elders are usually seen on bicycles or on foot only! 😀 We had a good time and some very nice and uplifting conversations. I love having the Missionaries over. The spirit they have is simply wonderful. The kids adore them and the job they do is just one of a kind! Thanks guys!!!As to their haircuts… well they were happy and I think I did a pretty darn good job. But you be the judge… 😀

… until next time …

Elder Kowallis - before Elder Dalton - before

Was hab ich dann gesagt? 😀

Elder Dalton - after Elder Kowallis - after

… bis zum nächsten Mal …
